Whether its classic or an adventurous one with innovative topping, we love our pizza. We love it for our Brunch, a proper Lunch, Dinner or anytime in between. If you can bake a traditional pizza, nothing like it. But if you don’t have all the time … or some ingredients, you can always try the below recipe. Trust me its simplyย yummylicious ๐
Lets see what we need first –
Bread : 4 slices
Butter : 80 gm
Del Monte Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce : 8-10 tsp
Cheese Slices : 3-4
Capsicum : 1 medium chopped
Onion : 1 medium chopped
Green Peas : 1/2 cup
Del Monte Corn Kernels : 1/2 cup
Del Monte Sliced Black Olives : 15 – 20
Del Monte Twango Sauce
If I have not told you earlier, I just love Del Monte sauces! They are simply awesome!!
First, lets cook the topping. Heat the butter and add chopped onions. Once they become transparent, add Del Monte Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce and mix well. Add chopped Capsicum, mix well and cook for about 3 minutes. Add Del Monte Corn Kernels and Green Peas, mix well and cook for about 3 minutes. Add some more butter ( be generous ), mix well and keep aside. The topping is ready ๐
Next take the bread and spread Del Monte Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce over it. Tear the cheese slice into small pieces and place them over the sauce. Keep small spaces between the pieces. Add the topping. Add few pieces of Del Monte Sliced Black Olives over it. Place few extra small pieces of cheese spread over it. We are not using grated cheese and loads of it here as we want the taste of the topping to overpower everything else. Now put the bread into the oven. Take it out when the sides of the bread turn crispy brown. Enjoy with Del Monte Twango Sauce ๐
